If I were rating ONLY the product, I would probably give a 3 or 4 out of 5, but this vendor is outstanding, and if I had contacted him with a request for assistance I suspect I would have probably spent about 30 minutes on installation instead of three hours (that's what I get for being stubborn). I wound up working late that day, and spent about 3 hours total on installing the card and getting it to work, though admittedly about an hour of that time was due to my own ineptitude in overlooking something I needed to do initially.
